No. 64/Bill No. 7 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Kailua Kona, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 2:15 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 7, reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 7, transmitted jointly with Bill. No. 8, by Finance Director Collins Tomei, via <br /> Communication 64, dated January 5, 2017, relating to public improvements and financing for <br /> fiscal year July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017. <br /> Bill 7 increases revenue in the Environmental Management—Kula`imano & Papa`ikou <br /> Dewatering & Barminutor Replacement project by $2,700,000. Funds for this project shall be <br /> provided from State Revolving Fund ($2,700,000).
