No. 64/Bill No. 8 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Kailua Kona, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 2:15 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 8, reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 8, transmitted jointly with Bill No. 7,by Finance Director Collins Tomei, via <br /> Communication 64, dated January 5, 2017, relating to public improvements and financing for <br /> fiscal year July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017. <br /> Bill 8 adds the Environmental Management - Kula`imano & Papa`ikou Dewatering & <br /> Barminutor Replacement project for $300,000. Funds for this project shall be provided from <br /> General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund —Fund Balance and or Other Sources <br /> ($300,000).
