40J+tY OF M,�'.. <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII �• :- '�•` STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 66 17 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO ASSIST WITH EXPENSES RELATED TO <br /> CONDUCTING PROGRAMS, ACTIVITIES, AND EVENTS THAT PERPETUATE <br /> HAWAII ISLAND'S DIVERSE CULTURES AND HERITAGES. <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation supports educational and <br /> recreational programs that promote Hawai`i Island's culture, art, and history; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Culture and Education Division of the Department of Parks and <br /> Recreation conducts programs, activities, and events designed to celebrate and perpetuate the <br /> many diverse cultures and heritages on Hawai`i Island; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 2 will be appropriated to the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation to assist with expenses related to conducting programs, activities, and <br /> events that celebrate, perpetuate, and promote Hawai`i Island's diverse cultures and heritages. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $3,700 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $3,700 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5517.02 Department of Parks and Recreation $3,700 <br /> Culture & Education OCE <br /> 115 Misc.
