BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the Hawai`i State Legislature is urged to pass legislation to revitalize the City of Hilo and East Hawai`i. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that these bills are of the highest importance to the people of East Hawai`i, and to the economic growth of our Island. BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall transmit a copy of this resolution to the Honorable Governor David Y. Ige; all Hawai`i State Senators and Representatives; Suzanne D.
