Section 25-8-33, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawai`i <br /> County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as amended), is amended to change the district classification <br /> of property described hereinafter as follows: <br /> The district classification of the following area situated at Waiakea, South Hilo, <br /> Hawai`i, shall be General Commercial— 10,000 square feet (CG-10): <br /> Beginning at the northwest corner of this parcel of land, and on the west side of Kilauea Street, <br /> the true azimuth traverse from the northwest corner of adjoining Lot 8 being 340° 05' 30" 88.62 <br /> to the point of beginning, the coordinates of said point of Lot 8 referred to Government Survey <br /> Triangulation Station "HALA`I" being 3,512.85 feet South and 7,342.26 feet East and running by <br /> azimuths measured clockwise from True South: <br /> 1. 340° 05' 30" 88.62 feet along the west side of Kilauea <br /> Street; <br /> 2. 58° 10' 185.90 feet along Lot 6; <br /> 3. 148° 10' 86.70 feet along Lot 9; <br /> 4. 238° 10' 204.20 feet along Lot 8 to the point of <br /> beginning and containing an area of <br /> 16,911 square feet. <br /> -1- <br />
