Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance to <br /> add the project titled "Hakalau Stream Bridge Repairs Project" and to appropriate <br /> $5,000,000 ($4,000,000 of federal funds and $1,000,000 of County funds) to the Capital <br /> Budget for this project. <br /> The Department of Public Works requests that a breach be authorized to submit this bill <br /> after the February 16, 2017 submission deadline and to waive it from the finance <br /> committee in order to expedite this critical project.
