COUNTY OF HAWAII f$jJ •: STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 149 17 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR THE 2017 SUMMER FUN PROGRAM AT <br /> YANO HALL. <br /> WHEREAS, the 2017 Summer Fun Program at Yano Hall, located in Captain Cook, <br /> provides arts-and-crafts supplies for activities and recreation for low-income, underprivileged <br /> youth during the summer break; and <br /> WHEREAS, funds are needed for the 2017 Summer Fun Program to assist families in <br /> the South Kona district by providing an affordable opportunity for their children to participate in <br /> this program; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 6 will be used to offset the <br /> out-of-pocket cost per child for registration fees, transportation, and/or other activities for <br /> elementary school children; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 6 will be appropriated to the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation for the 2017 Summer Fun Program at Yano Hall. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawaii hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $2,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $2,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5509.25 Department of Parks and Recreation $2,000 <br /> Summer/Intersession Class/Activities <br /> 341 Misc.
