A Discussion with Public Works Director Frank DeMarco regarding the draft Flood Insurance <br /> Rate Maps with regard to the Kona Region. <br /> 2. A Discussion with Public Works Director Frank DeMarco regarding the identification by Action <br /> Committee members of existing or potential DPW projects which the Action Committee may <br /> wish to research. <br /> 3. A presentation by and discussion with Planning Director Michael regarding CDP implementation. <br /> 4. Discussion regarding the omission of specific provisions for industrial uses with the Kona CDP's <br /> "Kona Urban Area". <br /> 5. Review of the Mayor's proposed Capital Budget regarding the Kona CDP's recommendations. <br /> 6. Review of the County's annual Capital Budget recommendations to the Capital Budget adoption <br /> process. <br /> 7. Kona CDP Action Committee's objectives for calendar year 2017-2018. <br /> Hawaii Revised Statutes §92-2.5(e) states that two or more members of a board, but less than a quorum, <br /> may attend an informational meeting or presentation on matters relating to official board business, <br /> including a meeting of another entity, legislative hearing, convention, seminar, or community meeting; <br /> provided that the meeting or presentation is not specifically and exclusively organized for or directed <br /> toward members of the board.
