These funds will be used to provide a grant to Catholic Charities of Ilawai'i for its <br /> West Hawaii Faith-Based Summit to end homelessness. <br /> Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating this <br /> 55,000 to the Office of Housing and Community Development's (OFICD's) Catholic <br /> Charities of I Iawai'i account. <br /> The 01ICD is requesting that this bill be waived from the Finance Committee and be <br /> placed on the April 19, 2017 Council Agenda.
