No. 130-17 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 11:14 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 130-17, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 130-17, transmitted by Finance Director Collins Tomei, via Communication <br /> No. 183 dated March 16, 2017, authorizes the payment of funds of a later fiscal year and of more <br /> than one fiscal year for a multi-year lease of real property. <br /> This resolution authorizes the Mayor to enter into a two-year lease agreement with Maui <br /> Varieties Investments, Inc.,'at a monthly cost of$1,796.24. The Hawai`i Fire Department <br /> utilizes the premises located at 95-1163 Ka`alaiki Road for its Na`alehu Emergency Medical <br /> Services (EMS) Station.
