replace computer systems that are beyond warranty/servicing and new program

Emergency Medical Services Station. The agreement includes a two-year renewal
option.

Preservation Maintenance Fund account. Real property tax interest revenues are
expected to exceed the amount budgeted for FY 2016-17, requiring additional funds
be transferred into the Public Access, Open Space, and Natural Resources
Preservation (PONC) Fund and PONC Maintenance accounts in order to maintain
compliance with County Charter mandated minimal appropriations to each fund.
