'tE OF•NA.1' <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 16 I°? <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE AN AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM <br /> AT KEA'AU COMMUNITY CENTER. <br /> WHEREAS, the Kea'au Community Center, located at 16-186 Pili Mua Street, serves <br /> seniors in the Puna District through the Department of Parks and Recreation's Coordinated <br /> Services for the Elderly; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Department of Parks and Recreation requests funding assistance to <br /> purchase an air conditioning system for the comfort of the users of the Kea'au Community <br /> Center; now,therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated to the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation, Elderly Activites Division, for the purchase of an air conditioning system <br /> at Kea'au Community Center. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Council hereby transfers/appropriates <br /> the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $3,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $3,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5519.76 Department of Parks and Recreation $3,000 <br /> EAD Recreation Eqpt <br /> 480 Misc.
