.. <br /> . � <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAIII *: � 5;‘'!1_•- STATE OF HAWAII <br /> . �rE oF•K•:P <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 161 17 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE AND INSTALL A LIGHTING <br /> SYSTEM FOR THE PARKING LOT AT THE STANLEY COSTALES WAIAKEA-UKA <br /> GYM. <br /> WHEREAS,the Stanley Costales Waiakea-Uka Gym is located at the Waiakea-Uka <br /> Park; and <br /> WHEREAS,residents use and enjoy the Stanley Costales Waiakea-Uka Gym for a wide <br /> variety of nighttime activities, including basketball games, volleyball matches, and community <br /> meetings and gatherings; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Department of Parks and Recreation has identified the need for a <br /> lighting system to be installed at the Stanley Costales Waiakea-Uka Gym to illuminate the <br /> adjacent parking lot and to provide safety for users of the gym; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated to the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation to purchase and install a lighting system for the parking lot at the Stanley <br /> Costales Waiakea-Uka Gym. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $1,733 <br /> OUT AND,FROM: <br /> 010.101.5'10.1.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $1,733 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5505.02 Department of Parks and Recreation $1,733 <br /> Parks Maint OCE <br /> 229 Bldg & Constr Materials <br /> (Stanley Costales Waiakea-Uka Gym— <br /> Parking'Lot Lights) <br />
