BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> The appropriation is required to develop new sports fields which will include a new adult size field to <br /> accommodate rugby, soccer and football and a new youth baseball/softball field.
