otv- <br /> °f....... <br /> X40. •*,•• <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAI'Iy STATE OF HAWAI'I <br /> ,t�•OF.N,'�1 <br /> BILL NO. 18 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 17 27 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24,ARTICLE 10, DIVISION 5, OF THE <br /> HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2016 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO <br /> PARKING. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. The purpose of this amendment is to allow for more parking in the subject <br /> area(but keeping standard"no parking" restrictions in a zone that may reach within seventy-five <br /> feet of an intersection). <br /> SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-280, schedule 28,No parking <br /> at anytime, subsection (c), South Hilo, of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as <br /> amended), is amended by repealing the following listing: <br /> "[- Holomua Street, east side, from Wiwo`ole Street and extending one <br /> hundred thirteen feet in the southerly direction.]" <br /> SECTION 3. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. In printing this <br /> ordinance, the brackets, bracketed and stricken material need not be included. <br /> SECTION 4. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof <br /> to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or <br /> applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br /> application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are severable. <br /> SECTION 5.
