Poindexter, Council Chairwoman <br /> RE: Resolution Determining the Real Property Tax Rates for Fiscal Year 2017-2018 <br /> Attached is a resolution that establishes the real property tax rates for net taxable buildings and <br /> net taxable lands for each class of property in the County of Hawai`i. <br /> The schedule of rates at which the various classes of real property in the County of Hawai`i are <br /> taxed per $1,000 of assessed valuation have been changed to accommodate the proposed <br /> Operating Budget(Bill No. 11, Draft 2) for fiscal year 2017-2018.
