... <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII *� �' '/�•� STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 215 17 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO ASSIST WITH ROADWAY DRAINAGE <br /> IMPROVEMENTS IN COUNCIL DISTRICT 2. <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works is in need of funding to assist in minimize <br /> flooding of properties adjacent to roadways with poor drainage conditions in Council District 2; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, this funding will assist the Department of Public Works in constructing the <br /> necessary improvements; now,therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 2 will be appropriated to the Department of <br /> Public Works to assist with funding to address poor drainage conditions on roadways which <br /> cause flooding on adjacent properties. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $9,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $9,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.801.5801.33 Department of Public Works $9,000 <br /> Transfer to Cap Proj Fund- G <br /> (Lei Lehua Street Drainage Improvements- <br /> County, 110.388.5381.36) <br />
