Again not fair to commuters,those having to drive across <br /> island for work??? We need major tax reform--fair taxes that do not penalize the poor instead knee-jerk ideas to <br /> increase the coffers. The County Council, our representatives are doing their best. Let's-support their efforts to <br /> achieve fair taxes.
