I especially support the comments related to improving services to Puna <br /> in all areas related to public health and safety, including aspects of physical and digital connectivity improving access to <br /> jobs, education, and health care services. <br /> Puna residents are increasingly mobilizing to aid various County departments in carrying out their responsibilities. <br /> Neighborhood Watch leaders and voluneers, ham and CB radio operators, CERTS volunteers, and other subdivision <br /> groups will be greatly aided if the suggestions of Judi and other Puna community leaders are incorporated. <br /> We acknowledge and appreciate the current efforts of our Council representatives to do whatever they can to improve the <br /> quality of services in Puna and to facilitate the contributions of residents promoting connectivity. <br /> Hannah L.
