COUNTY OF HAWAII ` ..�'��� <br /> +:te '-''�=�� •= STATE OF HAWAII <br /> BILL NO. 43 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24,ARTICLE 10,DIVISION 5, OF THE <br /> HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2016 EDITION,AS AMENDED), BY ADDING A <br /> PORTION OF WAIOPAE ROAD TO THE "NO PARKING AT ANYTIME" <br /> SCHEDULE. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. The purpose of this amendment is to require police enforcement of"No <br /> parking signs"by adding "Wai`opae Road,.makai side, from Kapoho Kai Drive to Kaheka Road" <br /> to Section 24-280, Schedule 28, "No parking at anytime," subsection (g) Puna, of the Hawai`i <br /> County Code. <br /> SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-280, schedule 28, "No <br /> parking anytime," subsection(g), Puna, of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, <br /> as amended), is amended by adding a new listing to be appropriately inserted and to read <br /> as follows: <br /> "Wai`opae Road,makai side, from Kapoho Kai Drive to Kaheka Road." <br /> SECTION 3. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the <br /> underscoring need not be included. <br /> SECTION 4. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application <br /> thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other <br /> provisions or applications of the ordinance that can be given effect without the invalid <br /> provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this ordinance are severable. <br />
