Section 3 of the bill was amended to remove a new position, <br /> Deputy Director of Information Technology, and changed the funding source for the Prosecutor's <br /> Legal Clerk I position from Federal grant to County funding and its status from temporary to <br /> permanent. The Operating Budget has been reduced by $423,303 for an amended total of <br /> $490,818,577.
