Mr. Boyd is the current Center Director for the West Hawai'i Small <br /> Business Development Center and the former Director of Finance &Administration for <br /> Full Life, a non-profit agency dedicated to helping people with developmental <br /> disabilities. Mr. Boyd has over 30 years experience in the areas of business <br /> development and human resources management. <br /> Mr. Boyd holds a BA degree from Northeastern University in Boston, a MA in Cultural <br /> Anthropology and Masters in Public Administration (MPA) degree in Human Resources <br /> Management from the University of Colorado. <br /> Mr. Boyd is an active member of the Kona Kohala Chamber of Commerce where he <br /> serves in its Economic Development Committee. He has been a resident of Hawai'i for <br /> the past 13 years. Mr. Boyd states that he is not affiliated with any political party.
