Chapter 25, article 5, section 25-5-52 of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 <br /> (2016 Edition, as amended) is amended by amending subsections (c) and (d) to read as follows: <br /> "(c) The following uses may be permitted in the RA district, provided that if a <br /> building site is located within the State land use rural district,the following uses <br /> may be permitted if a special permit is obtained for such use: <br /> (1) Bed and breakfast establishments, as permitted under section 25-4-7. <br /> [(2) Community buildings, as permitted under section 25 1 11. <br /> (3)](2) Country clubs, tennis clubs and other similar recreational facilities <br /> which include buildings or indoor recreational features. <br /> R4AC.3i.
