SECTION 2. Chapter 15, article 8, section 15-68.1, Parks and recreational facility <br /> schedule, "PARKS" and "Kohala"portions of the schedule, of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 <br /> (2016 Edition, as amended), is amended by adding a new listing to be inserted under <br /> "Kamehameha Park." This new listing, including the reference to "Kamehameha Park,"will <br /> read as follows: <br /> "Kamehameha Park <br /> (1) Shiro Takata Field" <br /> SECTION 3. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the underscoring <br /> need not be included. <br /> SECTION 4. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof <br /> to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or <br /> or <br /> of the ordinance that can begiven effect without the invalidprovision <br /> applications <br /> application, and to this end the provisions of this ordinance are severable. <br /> SECTION 5.
