No. 366/Bill No. 55 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 11:14 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 55,reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 55, transmitted by Finance Director Collins Tomei, via Communication No. 366 dated <br /> July 14, 2017, amends Ordinance No. 17-39, as amended, the Operating Budget for the County <br /> of Hawai`i for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2017. <br /> This bill increases revenues in the State Grants— Coastal Zone Management account($23,685); <br /> and appropriates the same to the Coastal Zone Management account, bringing the total State <br /> grant amount to $155,663. <br /> Revenue is appropriated as follows: <br /> Account No. Source Fund Amount <br /> 010.3305.08 State Grants - CZM General $ 23,685 <br /> Total $ 23,685 <br /> The above specified amount is appropriated to the fund and expenditure accounts as follows: <br /> Account No. Function and Activity Fund Amount <br /> 010.141.5141.34 Coastal Zone Mmt General $ 23,685 <br /> Total $ 23,685 <br /> There was no discussion on this measure. <br /> Pursuant to Section 46-7, Hawai`i Revised Statutes, County departments must obtain the consent <br /> of the Council to enter into agreements with the Federal or State govenunents or any other public <br /> body or bodies respecting action to be taken pursuant to any powers granted by law to furnish, <br /> expend, and receive any funds or other assistance in connection with projects being or to be <br /> undertaken pursuant to those powers. <br /> FC Report No. 31 <br />
