No. 367/Bill No. 56 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 9:46 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 56, reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 56, transmitted by Finance Director Collins Tomei, via Communication No. 367 dated <br /> July 14, 2017, is an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 17-40, as amended, relating to Public <br /> Improvements and Financing thereof for fiscal year July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018. <br /> This bill adds the Public Works, Road Improvements - Pua, Todd, Baker and Desha Avenues— State <br /> project for$152,000 to the Capital Budget. Funds for this project shall be provided from the State <br /> Capital Improvement Project Funds.
