REQUEST: <br /> Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a multi-year lease agreement for five (5) years for a digital <br /> multi-function copier for the Department of Environmental Management Wastewater Division Administration <br /> Office. <br /> B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> The current copier is requiring more frequent service calls and replacement parts are anticipated to become <br /> obsolete. The copier will become unuseable in the event a replacement part is no longer available. The <br /> copier is heavily used for both copying and scanning. Color copies are needed for Engineers and Project <br /> Managers who frequently need to print reports, maps, and photographs in color. <br /> The copier will be leased for a period of 5 years.
