REQUEST: <br /> Resolution to allow the department to enter into a multi-year lease for a copier for the Department of Public <br /> Works Building Division. <br /> B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> The Kona Building Division's current copier is 9 years old and has broken down. Building Division is <br /> requesting a new copier instead of attempting repairs again as replacement parts are obsolete and difficult to <br /> find. A properly functioning copier is vital to our division's daily operations as there are no copiers in close <br /> proximity.
