BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> The HWY Division's South Hilo Roads Baseyard current copier is 12 years old and it requires costly <br /> meaintence frequently. A properly functioning copier is vital to our division's daily operations and will create <br /> cost saving in lowering toner and processing time of documents.
