BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> The HWY Division's Hamakua Roads Baseyard current copier is 15 years old and has broken down. A <br /> properly functioning copier is vital to our division's daily operations and will create cost saving in lowering <br /> toner and processing time of documents.
