REQUEST: <br /> Resolution to allow the department to enter into a multi-year lease for a copier for the Department of Public <br /> Works Administration Division. <br /> B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> The Administrative Division's current copier is over 6 years old and has been frequently out of order. Vendor <br /> has been unable to repair copier as replacement parts are obsolete and difficult to find. A properly <br /> functioning copier is vital to our division's daily operations.
