Mr. Campbell retired from the University of California system and <br /> Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory serving in various upper level management <br /> capacities. He has extensive experience in human resource management, safety and <br /> environmental protection, and cultural sensitivity practices. Mr. Campbell received a BS <br /> in Physics from the University of Nebraska, an MS in Radiation Biophysics from the <br /> University of Kansas, and,an MBA from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. <br /> Mr. Campbell believes in giving back hope to his community. He currently serves as the <br /> President and Treasurer for the Hawaiian Ocean View Estate (HOVE) Road <br /> Maintenance Corporation, Vice President of Ocean View Community Development <br /> Corporation, Chair of the Naalehu United Methodist Church Staff Parish Relations <br /> Committee, and member of the Methodist Church band. <br /> Mr. Campbell has been a resident of Hawai'i since 2012 and is a member of the <br /> Democratic Party.
