REQUEST: <br /> Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a multi-year lease agreement for five (5) years for a digital <br /> multi-function black &white copier for the Department of Environmental Management Wastewater Division. <br /> B. .BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> The current copier at the Hilo Wastewater Treatment Facility is requiring more frequent service calls and <br /> replacement parts are anticipated to become obsolete. The copier will become unuseable in the event a <br /> replacement part is no longer available. The copier is used for printing, copying, and scanning. Current <br /> copier was acquired in 2005. <br /> The copier will be leased for a period of 5 years.
