GREDC-10 October 3,2017 <br /> ORDER OF RESOLUTIONS <br /> Res. 295-17: REQUESTS THAT THE HAWAII STATE LEGISLATURE AMEND <br /> CHAPTER 92 OF THE HAWAII REVISED STATUTES TO REQUIRE ITSELF <br /> TO BE SUBJECT TO THE SUNSHINE LAW <br /> Requests the State Legislature to remove exemptions in State law for open meeting <br /> requirements, enforcement, penalties, and sanctions so that the State Legislature <br /> would be subject to the complete provisions of the Sunshine Law. <br /> Reference: Comm. 453 <br /> Intr. by: Ms. Poindexter <br /> BILLS FOR ORDINANCES <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> Note: B/R, when listed next to the name of an Introducer, signifies that the Council Member has <br /> agreed to introduce legislation `By Request" on behalf of the requesting party. It does not <br /> necessarily signify support of or opposition to the proposal. <br /> The meeting places are accessible for persons with disabilities.
