.. <br /> • <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII ' 't_•- STATE OF HAWAII <br /> ,t6 GF•M►� <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 332 17 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR THE OFFICE OF THE PROSECUTING <br /> ATTORNEY TO PURCHASE MICROSOFT SQL SERVER LICENSES TO UPGRADE <br /> ITS LASERFICHE SOFTWARE. <br /> WHEREAS, the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney requires quick and efficient filing, <br /> tracking, and retrieval of documents and information; and <br /> WHEREAS,the current Laserfiche software that is being utilized by the Office of the <br /> Prosecuting Attorney needs to be upgraded to run LegalEdge Software, a new case management <br /> system; and <br /> WHEREAS, in order to upgrade Laserfiche, the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney first <br /> needs to upgrade its Microsoft SQL Servers, which will require new licenses; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney is requesting funds to purchase <br /> Microsoft SQL Server licenses to upgrade its current Laserfiche software; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 2 will be appropriated to the Office of the <br /> Prosecuting Attorney to purchase Microsoft SQL Server licenses to upgrade its existing <br /> Laserfiche software. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $1,100 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $1,100 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.271.5271.02 Office of the Prosecuting Attorney $1,100 <br /> Prosecuting Atty OCE <br /> 109 Equipment Repairs/Maintenance <br /> (Microsoft SQL Server Licenses) <br />
