In the current fiscal year, $105,000 is appropriated for this <br /> grant account. <br /> Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating these <br /> additional funds into the Speed Enforcement grant account, and bringing the total grant <br /> appropriation to $171,036. <br /> The Police Department requests that this bill be waived from the Finance Committee and be placed <br /> on the October 18, 2017 Council agenda in order to expedite the receipt of these funds.
