J�tY OF H�7, <br /> • <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> a + <br /> 4tOF• ,. <br /> r <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 356 17 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE MICROSOFT SQL SERVER <br /> LICENSES TO UPGRADE THE LASERFICHE SOFTWARE AT THE OFFICE OF THE <br /> PROSECUTING ATTORNEY. <br /> WHEREAS, the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney needs to upgrade its Laserfiche <br /> software so that it can integrate with the new case management system, LegalEdge Software; and <br /> WHEREAS,to upgrade Laserfiche, the servers need to be upgraded first, which will <br /> require new licenses for the Microsoft SQL Servers; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney is requesting funds to purchase new <br /> Microsoft SQL Server licenses, which will allow for the Laserfiche upgrade and its integration <br /> with the new case management system; now,therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 8 will be appropriated to the Office of the <br /> Prosecuting Attorney to purchase Microsoft SQL Server licenses for the Laserfiche upgrade. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $2,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $2,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.271.5271.02 Office of the Prosecuting Attorney $2,000 <br /> Prosecuting Atty OCE <br /> 109 Equipment Repairs/Maintenance <br /> (Microsoft SQL Server Licenses) <br />
