No. 342-17 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Kailua-Kona, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 12:53 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 342-17, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 342-17, transmitted by Finance Director Collins Tomei, via Communication <br /> No. 504 dated September 29, 2017, authorizes the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the <br /> Office of Research Services, University of Hawai`i. <br /> This agreement provides $15,000 from the Department of Research and Development to the <br /> Office of Research Services, University of Hawaii, to fund its "Long-term Responses of Coffee <br /> Rootstocks to Root-knot Nematode (RKN) in Kona"research proposal.
