We therefore ask <br /> that a breach be authorized to submit this resolution after the October 16, 2017 submission <br /> deadline, and to waive it from the Finance Committee in order to be placed on the November 2, <br /> 2017 Council agenda. We also request that the five-day hold be waived in order to further <br /> ex edite this bill.
