Belt Collins Hawai`i, LLC was contracted to prepare and furnish the documents required by said Resolution. Enclosed is a resolution requesting the Council to approve and adopt a corrected map of the special improvements for a sewer system for the Lono Kona subdivision as indicated above. Time is of the essence regarding this and the accompanying resolution and bill. We therefore ask that a breach be authorized to submit this resolution after the October 16, 2017 submission deadline, and to waive it from the Finance Committee in order to be placed on the November 2, 2017 Council agenda. _We also request that the five-day hold be waived in order to further expedite this resolution.
