Sako, via Communication <br /> No. 579 dated October 26, 2017, authorizes the payment of funds of a later fiscal year and of <br /> more than one fiscal year for a multi-year lease for one 600 kilowatt emergency generator. <br /> This resolution authorizes the Mayor to enter into a five-year lease agreement at an estimated <br /> monthly cost of$6,500. The equipment would be used by the Department of Environmental <br /> Management, Wastewater Division, to power wastewater plants and larger sewer pump stations <br /> during power outages.
