This change is being requested in order to provide better <br /> recruitment and retention potential as well as to better reflect actual current staffing <br /> utilization and needs. <br /> The Police Department is requesting that this resolution be waived from Finance <br /> p q g <br /> Committee and be placed on the December 20, 2017 Council agenda in order to expedite <br /> this change.
