,.�JNtY Oi M,�'. - <br /> ; v! •\`111-/�j',,', <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII -{ �-'- s=• STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 445 18 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING.SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR A STATIONARY BELT/DISC SANDER AND A <br /> STATIONARY DRILL PRESS FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND <br /> RECREATION. <br /> WHEREAS, the Parks Maintenance Division of the Department of Parks and Recreation <br /> is responsible for construction, repairs, and renovation projects at park facilities; and' <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation is requesting funds to purchase a <br /> stationary belt/disc sander and a stationary drill press for its South Hilo Baseyard, to be used <br /> island wide to provide the public with safe facilities and grounds; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated to the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation to purchase a stationary belt/disc sander and a stationary drill press for the <br /> Parks Maintenance Division. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $3,550 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $3,550 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5505.11 Department of Parks and Recreation $3,550 <br /> Parks Maint Equip <br /> 480 Misc.
