In the <br /> current fiscal year, $30,000 is appropriated for this grant account. <br /> Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating these <br /> additional funds into the Speed Enforcement grant account, and bringing the total grant <br /> appropriation to $50,460. <br /> The Police Department requests that this bill be waived from the Finance Committee and be placed <br /> on the January 4, 2018 Council agenda in order to expedite the receipt of these funds.
