Requires Council Confirmation by: January 27, 2018 (Section 134(1), Hawaii County Charter) ORDER OF RESOLUTIONS BILLS FOR ORDINANCES Bill 88: AMENDS CHAPTER 23, ARTICLE 11, SECTION 23-118 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2016 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO CRITERIA TO DETERMINE A PRE-EXISTING LOT The Windward and Leeward Planning Commissions forward their favorable recommendations for this amendment to the Subdivision Code, which would add a criterion for determining a pre-existing lot.
