• tY Oi{.. <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII -•� `''' � STATE OF HAWAII <br /> !f:� .fir.:... ....�p. <br /> . 4TE pF• <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 458 18 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR THE 2018 SUMMER FUN PROGRAM AT THE <br /> NA`ALEHU COMMUNITY CENTER. <br /> WHEREAS, the 2018 Summer Fun Program at the Na`alehu Community Center <br /> provides arts-and-crafts supplies for activities and recreation for low-income, underprivileged <br /> youth during the summer break; and <br /> WHEREAS, funds are needed for the 2018 Summer Fun Program to assist families in <br /> the Ka`u district by providing an affordable opportunity for their children to participate in this <br /> program; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 6 will be used to offset the <br /> out-of-pocket cost per child for registration fees, transportation, and/or other activities for <br /> elementary school children; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 6 will be appropriated to the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation for the 2018 Summer Fun Program at the Na`alehu Community Center. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby <br /> transferred/appropriated the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $2,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $2,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5509.25 Department of Parks and Recreation $2,000 <br /> Summer/Intersession Class/Activities <br /> 341 Misc.
