r4 \,��d„ <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII !• P, -'— 0;.�- .STATE OF HAWAII <br /> • ATE oF•N►�.N <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 470 18 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR A SUMMER VOLLEYBALL OFFICIATING <br /> CLINIC. <br /> WHEREAS, the Recreation Division of the Department of Parks and Recreation plans, <br /> conducts, arranges, and promotes organized recreation and athletics for all age groups at <br /> recreation centers and facilities throughout the County of Hawai`i; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Recreation Division is planning a volleyball officiating clinic in <br /> summer 2018 to provide high-level training to Hawai`i Island volleyball officials at all levels of <br /> the sport; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation is requesting funds to assist with <br /> airfare and lodging expenses to bring a volleyball officiating professional from the U.S. <br /> mainland to Hilo to lead the clinic; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated to the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation to assist with airfare and lodging expenses for a volleyball officiating <br /> clinic. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $2,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $2,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5507.02 Department of Parks and Recreation $2,000 <br /> Recreation Div OCE <br /> 115 Misc.
