COUNTY OF HAWAII I ; y, '� STATE OF HAWAII <br /> ft <br /> • ,rf•OP•N►'� <br /> BILL NO. 96 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, DIVISION 5, OF THE <br /> HAWAI`I COUNTY CODE 1983 (2016 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO <br /> PARKING ON PAVEMENT PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-279, schedule 27, Parking on <br /> pavement prohibited at all times, subsection (c), South Hilo, of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 <br /> (2016 Edition, as amended), is amended by adding new listings to be appropriately inserted and <br /> to read as follows: <br /> "Government Road (TMK 2-7-029), North Hamakua side, from a point five <br /> hundred fifty-seven feet West of Old Mamalahoa Highway to Western terminus." <br /> "Government Road (TMK 2-7-029), South Hilo side." <br /> SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. In printing this <br /> ordinance, the brackets, bracketed and stricken material need not be included. <br /> SECTION 3. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof <br /> to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or <br /> applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br /> application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are severable. <br /> SECTION 4.
