HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES 111°1 <br /> TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE, 2018 H B N <br /> STATE OF HAWAII <br /> A BILL FOR AN ACT <br /> RELATED TO MOTOR VEHICLES. <br /> BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII: <br /> 1 SECTION 1. Chapter 46, Hawaii Revised Statutes, is amended <br /> 2 by adding a new section to part I to be appropriately designated <br /> 3 and to read as follows: <br /> 4 "§46- Enforcement of four-wheel drive vehicle use and <br /> 5 tour operator requirement; Waipio valley. Each county may <br /> 6 confer upon its employees or other individuals as it deems <br /> 7 reasonable and necessary the power to issue fines for the <br /> 8 enforcement of section 291C- (a) (1) and (b) (1) . " <br /> 9 SECTION 2 . Chapter 291C, Hawaii Revised Statutes, is <br /> 10 amended by adding a new section to part XII to be appropriately <br /> 11 designated and to read as follows: <br /> 12 "§291C- Mauna Kea and Waipio valley access; required <br /> 13 four-wheel drive vehicle use; tours.
