-'NtY os p�, <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII -•� �- /�rl- .STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 484 18 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE RODEO ARENA <br /> AT THE PANA`EWA EQUESTRIAN CENTER. <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation's Pana`ewa Equestrian Center <br /> provides the public with recreational access to the rodeo arena and grounds, as well as a venue <br /> for annual equestrian events; and <br /> WHEREAS, to continue providing this public service, the Department of Parks and <br /> Recreation is requesting funds to purchase cinder, plywood, cattle pen gates, and other <br /> miscellaneous materials and supplies needed for maintenance and safety improvements at the <br /> rodeo arena; now,therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 9 will be appropriated to the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation for improvements to the rodeo arena at the Pana`ewa Equestrian Center. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the folloing amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $3,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $3,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5503.39 Department of Parks and Recreation $3,000 <br /> Friends of the Park <br /> 341 Misc.
